Our research with CIENFI and the Secretaría Distrital de Desarrollo Económico de Bogotá was featured in El Tiempo. We estimate Bogotá’s GDP at 450x450m grid resolution using satellite nighttime radiance, urban mobility data, and census data — with less than 1 percentage point error. See more.
